I know the answer.
Listen, get a small plate, and fill it with some salt. and put it under your bed. The spirit should go away. I know cuz we used to have spirits in our house. Our witch told us that. It really worked.

Blessing
If you are religious (and maybe even if you`re not) get a blessing on the house. If you are totally against that, try burning sage. Whatever you do, do not feed it with your fear. All you are doing is feeding it and making it stronger, and you weaker. Maybe have some family or friends stay with you a while and see if they experience anything.. or make you feel better.
